<span>Yield: 6 muffins</span></h2>
<p>These tasty snack muffins contain complete proteins, healthy fats, and whole-grain carbs to fuel your workout or work day. A smear of nut butter or all-fruit jam complements them perfectly.</p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<ul>
<li>1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats</li>
<li>½ cup Oriya Organics Superfood Protein Medley</li>
<li>½ cup coconut palm sugar (or granulated sweetener of choice)</li>
<li>¼ teaspoon baking soda</li>
<li>Big pinch of sea salt</li>
<li>¼ cup melted coconut oil</li>
<li>2 eggs, room temperature</li>
<li>1/3 cup raisins</li>
</ul>
<h4>Directions:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preheat the oven to 350°F.</li>
<li>Whisk together the oats, Superfood Protein Medley, sugar, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.</li>
<li>Add the melted coconut oil and both eggs and whisk to combine. The batter will be thick. Stir or fold in the raisins.</li>
<li>Divide the batter equally into six cups of a lightly greased muffin tin.</li>
<li>Bake for 13 to 14 minutes, until the muffins are puffed and the tops spring back when lightly touched.</li>
<li>Let cool completely before eating. Best enjoyed with a smear of nut butter and/or your favorite jam or jelly!</li>

<li>1 cup nondairy milk of choice</li>
<li>½ cup water, orange juice, or coconut water</li>
<li>1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen overnight</li>
<li>½ cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks</li>
<li>1 scoop Oriya Organics Superfood Protein Medley</li>
<li>1 tablespoon tahini, pumpkin seed butter, almond butter, or ground flaxseeds</li>
<li>1 cup loosely packed leafy greens of choice (such as spinach, Swiss chard, or kale)</li>
<li>1 to 2 pitted dates (optional)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Directions:</h4>
<p>Combine the milk, water, banana, mango (or pineapple), Superfood Protein Medley and tahini (or other nut/seed butter) in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Add the leafy greens and dates – blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

<p>The next time you have some friends over for a gathering – whip up some of this SuperGreen Guacamole. It’s a delectable appetizer that is packed with green superfood goodness. </p>
<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<ul>
<li>3 large hass avocados, peeled and seeded </li>
<li>1 lime, juiced </li>
<li>¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper </li>
<li>½ teaspoon cumin</li>
<li>½ teaspoon cayenne pepper</li>
<li>1 scoop Oriya Organics SuperGreen Medley</li>
<li>1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved </li>
<li>½ medium onion, diced</li>
<li>1 clove garlic, minced </li>
<li>1 ½ tablespoons of cilantro, chopped</li>
</ul>
<h4>Directions:</h4>
<p>Peel the avocados, remove the pit and place the pulp in a large bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado pulp and mash well with a spoon or potato masher.Add the pepper, cumin, sea salt, cayenne pepper and  garlic -­‐ mash and stir well. Add the onions, cilantro and tomatoes – stir them gently into mixture. Let the guacamole sit for 30-­‐45 minutes and serve.

<li>3 sweet potatoes</li>
<li>2 cans diced tomatoes (undrained) </li>
<li>4 cans vegetable broth</li>
<li>2 cups carrots, sliced</li>
<li>½ yellow pepper, diced</li>
<li>½ a bunch of asparagus, cut in thirds</li>
<li>1 medium onion, diced</li>
<li>1 teaspoon sea salt  </li>
<li>1 teaspoon coarse black pepper</li>
<li>1 teaspoon fresh ground rosemary </li>
<li>1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped </li>
<li>1 clove of garlic, minced </li>
<li>1 scoop Oriya Organics SuperGreen Medley</li>
</ul>
<h4>Directions:</h4>
<p>Place the sweet potatoes in the microwave and cook until soft – set aside. In a large pot pour the vegetable broth and canned tomatoes. Bring to a slow boil and add all of the remaining ingredients (except for the sweet potatoes). Cover and simmer. Remove the skin from the sweet potatoes and shred into fine pieces. Add the sweet potato to the stew, cover and simmer for  30-­‐45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
